2028 Taelor Sutton (Lady Rizin Stars): Sutton was impressive to start the day with her play. She is a strong ball-handler and creator, seeing and reading the floor well, getting to her spots and inside the paint, but also make high IQ passes to set up her teammates. She scored and facilitated extremely well on Day 1 at the Lady Rumble and should be a name to watch more down the road.

2028 Areona McKoy (Carolina Rockets): The younger sister of the McKoy brothers, Areona is another name that you will want to watch out for. She plays at such a high level for her age. She has a tremendous feel for the game, is strong at creating and making plays, scores the ball well, and is relentless with her energy. She was one of my favorite players to watch early in the day.

2027 Amelia Williams (York Co. Legends): Williams had a strong showing here on Day 1 for her team; she did a great job in leading the charge, running the offense, and getting out in transition well. She stayed aggressive but picked her spots to knock down shots. She also did a great job making plays off the bounce, getting paint touches, and getting others involved as well.

2027 Aneya Britt (Palmetto 76er): I really enjoyed watching Britt in action today, and she should be one to jot down and monitor more. She has a lot of things going for her early; she has good size, moves well and runs the court, has a natural feel for the game, and did a great job being an offensive weapon and finishing with touch.

2027 Destiny Timberlake (Team Legacy): Timberlake really stood out on the court with her overall impact on both sides of the floor. Timberlake made multiple defensive plays that ultimately created a turnover or saved a basket for her team, but she also did a great job competing on the offensive end. Really liked her constant motor, her ability to work and score, and simply be a presence all over the court.

2027 Tianah Hopper (Carolina Raptors): Talk about a player that plays like a veteran, it is hard to believe that Hopper is only an eighth grader because she has a tremendous feel for the game overall. She can be used in a variety of ways with her ability to make plays for herself off the dribble, knock down shots from multiple levels, and also be a playmaker that sees the floor. She is a special young talent to really watch out for.

2025 Izzy Sarratt (Carolina Raptors): Sarratt impressed with her feel and ability to handle pressure. A clear leader on the court, she did a great job in handling the defensive pressure, making plays out in the open court, and running the overall offense. Sarratt was able to really bring a balanced feel with running the team, making plays for others, but also stepping up as an offensive option as well.
