What a weekend of basketball it was at the George Lynch Invitational presented by Phenom Hoops, as basketball fans were treated to some terrific basketball from teams around the region. Several players really elevated their play and we were able to learn a few more names that should be on the radar for so many. Below are a few players that really impressed and made a name for themselves.

Sean Dunn

2023 AJ Hewett/ 2023 Fletcher Bigham (Charlotte Country Day): Was really impressed with these two that stepped up for Charlotte Country Day all weekend long. Hewett had a strong showing throughout the weekend, as he was able to make his impact as a high IQ forward, compete on the glass, and also make his presence felt on the defensive end. Bigham did a great job in showcasing his ability to step out and be a threat from the perimeter, knocking down shots with a confident shot but also competing around the basket and on the glass.

2025 Sean Dunn (Cox Mill): Dunn is a newer name to look at more this year and down the road, as he really opened some eyes with his feel on the court. Dunn is a shifty, crafty playmaking point guard on the floor that plays hard and competes. He is able to make plays off the bounce and get into the paint, creating for himself and for others, but he also is a reliable shooter from outside. A tough guard on the court that has a natural feel for seeing the floor and making plays.

2026 Jaiquan Clay (HP Christian): Jaiquan
