Phenom Hoops went out Tuesday night to Charlotte Country Day, as they welcomed in Wesleyan Christian. Getting a chance to check out Wesleyan again after watching them at the Phenom November Classic, but also getting a chance to check out a few new names for CCDS.
Both offenses struggled to find some rhythm early on, with Wesleyan holding a narrow lead. Wesleyan started to find more of their offense behind Jefferson McLamb and Kade Darr, eventually securing a 15-point halftime lead.
Second half, Wesleyan was able to retain their double-digit lead but Charlotte Country Day used a balanced attack, led by Jordan Erwin. However, Wesleyan was able to secure the win in the end, getting to the free throw line in the fourth and earning the 77-63 victory.

2021 Kade Darr: Darr helped lead the charge offensively, showing his ability to knock down shots from multiple levels. He is a smooth, fluid scorer who worked well off the dribble. He made decisive and good decisions, playing with a good IQ.
