There is a program slowly building onto something special and really making a name for themselves to start the summer, as the Carolina Bulldogs 14u team has shined big time at multiple events including at the Phenom Rise Showcase.

This is a team that is made up of several intriguing young prospects who are just starting their career, but you can see that there is a lot of potential with this team. They have playmakers, they have legit size at a young age, and this is a team that plays well together along with tremendous upside.

Below are just a few names that we have watched over the last two weekends and have talked about, but one thing we can say is that the Carolina Bulldogs should be a must-see this summer and have some talented young prospects.

What Was Said:

2028 Jamari Shepherd

“6’2 ‘28 Jamari Shepard (Carolina Bulldogs) is a name to start tracking. Showcasing an all-around game with IQ, toughness, and athleticism. Consistently gets downhill and makes plays with the ball in his hands. Leading on both ends of the floor.”

2028 JT Williams

“5’10 ‘28 JT Williams (Carolina Bulldogs) is a two-way problem for opponents. Heady guard who possesses an amazing nose for the ball and a knack for forcing turnovers. Showcasing sharp vision and scoring polish.”

2028 Darrell Howze

“2028 Darrell Howze (Carolina Bulldogs) was an impact on both sides of the ball. Brings versatility, can score the ball effectively, blocked multiple shots, and has a lot of upside.”

2028 Jaden Norfleet

“Really like the playmaking and shot creation of 2028 Jaden Norfleet (Carolina Bulldogs). Excelled well out in transition, had a tremendous feel for the game, and was able to make plays off the dribble as well as knock down shots.”

2028 Donnie Failey (Played with this team at the Phenom Tip-Off in Virginia)

“2028 Donnie Fairley (Carolina Bulldogs) was off the charts today. Plays with such a motor and energy, active on the glass, created second-chance points, and finished through contact.”
