5:00 pm – Combine Regional vs. Northside Christian

A terrific and intriguing matchup to start off the event. Northside is coming off a title run and they bring back a lot of firepower once again, as 2024 Josh Bullock and 2024 Kyrell Shaw are looking to lead the charge. Two underrated seniors that can fill it up and play well off each other, they look to make a statement to start the season.  But Northside will have plenty of other names that could impact the game, including 2025 Bryson Cowan, 2026 Kenneth Shouse, 2027 Jossiah Johnson-Freeman, and others. They will be going up against a well-coached team at Combine, led by Coach Respass. 2024 Jacob Brandly and 2025 Dylan Craven, among others, are looking to enter their name early in this one, as this is a tough, hard-fighting team that will look to compete.

6:30 pm – The Burlington School vs. Moravian Prep

Talk about a heated and intense game, Coach Marshall and Coach Ellis will certainly be bringing the energy to the court and this one should be an absolute fight throughout. The show of the Ellis brothers are MUST-SEE TV for sure, as they have already shown they can light it up in a big way.  But Moravian has plenty of other weapons that can make this team so dangerous, especially from behind the arc. 2025 Miles Beard, 2024 Abu Yarmah, 2024 Evan Morton, and others will be looking to bring the fight in this one. But they will be going up against a determined and rugged team in TBS, a team that is loaded and deep. They can come in waves and have a nice inside-out presence, led by 2024 Zion Walker, 2024 Ty Outlaw, 2025 Kaden Hammond, 2025 Cam Flippen, 2025 Devin Simms, and 2024 Jordan Durham.  I believe that this will be an all-out fight between these two teams, and a very entertaining one.

8:00 pm – Carmel Christian vs. Forsyth Country Day

Final game of the night, the host school Carmel Christian welcomes in Forsyth Country Day for an intense battle between two teams looking to make a statement. Carmel Christian has gone a bit under the radar this offseason, but we are here to say that this team has the talent to make a lot of noise, led by 2024 Kameron Taylor, 2025 Bryce Slay, and 2026 Cody Peck. Along with others that make a balanced roster, Carmel Christian is one to really watch out for. They go up against an FCDS program that is ready to take the next step and compete for a title. 2024 Bobby Cannon and 2024 Iverson King give the team two terrific scoring options with size and length, while 2024 Jahon Foster and 2024 Draven Pilson fill in nicely with this team. They also have some strong young guards as well that should really be able to help as well. What a way to finish a terrific day of basketball.
