We continue to shine light on players who put a strong showing together at the Phenom Lakesgiving, and a player that really impressed and helped carry the load at the event for his team was 2024 Peter Moye, a senior at South Meck.
Moye should be a familiar name for many, as he has been talked about countless times and continues to be a consistent producer on the court. Moye is racking up the points this year already and looking to surpass the 1,000-point mark soon, as he continues to be an offensive presence while on the court. That certainly remains true with his 30pt showing at Lake Norman, as he helped secure a 79-73 victory against Pine Lake Prep.
Moye continues to showcase his ability to be a high-IQ creator, who brings a tough presence to the floor. He does a great job in mixing it up offensively and scoring in a variety of manners, whether it is knocking down shots off the catch, creating strong and being physical off the dribble, finishing strong through contact at times, and being a true leader. He steps up in big ways and simply knows how to be effective on the court, finding ways to consistently score and lead his team. Moye does so consistently each time we watch him on the court, having big performance after big performance. With his consistency and efficiency, Moye continues to prove that he should be a target for several programs around the area.
