Phenom Hoops recently announced their upcoming, loaded event in Rock Hill, SC, as the Phenom Tip-Off Classic should already have the buzz for high school basketball fans around the region and country. This is a field LOADED with talent, big names, nationally-ranked teams, and high-level competition.
