Players to know and to watch this weekend in Greensboro for the Southern Jam

Touba Traore – 6’9″ 2019 (Regents School of Charlottesville)

This is Touba’s first year in the United States. He is raw but has a 7’3″ wing span and is good on the offensive end and great on the defensive end. Averaged nearly a double-double and had a block party at Summer Havoc. The ceiling is huge for this kid.

Alonzo Coleman – 6’3″ 2019 (Mercersburg Academy)

Alonzo’s dad, James Coleman played for James Madison University in the 1990’s. Alonzo has sneaky athleticism, can get to the rim at will and will finish on defenders. Very smooth stroke shooting the ball. He averaged 20 ppg at Summer Havoc and finished with 22 pts and was near a triple double in a Sunday win against Upward Stars York. He will grow and also has a huge ceiling.

Michael Hunter – 6’0″ 2019 (Spotswood High School)

Michael started for one of the top high schools in Virginia as a sophomore. (Finished 25-5 (14-0 in Region Play) Advanced to States). He has a super high basketball IQ, great court savvy and is a natural leader. He is a 3 level scorer but can create for others just as well.
