Greetings HS hoops junkies from across the once-again-rainy piedmont. The Sadster is here to release his latest Furious 5. The landscape was moved last week as we saw Indy and Ardrey Kell take L’s and surging Hickory Ridge and South Meck break into the 5 and Don’t Sleep On categories respectively. This week is Super Tuesday in the SoMeck 4A as Olympic goes to South Meck and reeling Ardrey Kell must go to Harding. Will the Sabres crack the F5 with wins this week and can the Knights bounce back'… To the 5….
1. NORTH MECK – the Vikings have rivalry week as they visit West Charlotte and Hopewell.
2. MYERS PARK – the Pony Express is rolling but has an interesting game at Butler on Friday.
3. OLYMPIC – the Trojans visit a surging South Meck team on Tuesday. The return match with Ardrey Kell is on the horizon.
4. ARDREY KELL – the Knights have a tough rebound game at Harding….who would love to give the Jousters a dreaded double-dip.
5. HICKORY RIDGE – the Ragin’ Bulls spanked Independence but must navigate Rocky River on Friday.
