The Queen City Showcase in Rock Hill this weekend is going to be off the charts. With talent all on the floor, livestreams streaming the games, and a ton of coverage from Phenom Hoops, this is going to be one of the best events to start the travel ball season.
That is why we wanted to get a leg up on it, as we spoke to several coaches that will be bringing their teams to South Carolina this weekend. Below, we look at a few players that you may want to check out on the court, whether you are a college coach, a scout, or a fan.

Chris Roberts – 2022/ 6’2/ #1/ Nations Ford
Coach’s Thoughts: Chris is a pure shooter, with great energy, hustles, and has good athletic ability on both sides of the floor.
Jamorie Ellis – 2022/ 6’0/ #11/ Hemingway
Coach’s Thoughts: Jamorie is a point guard who can run an offense being a playmaker for his teammates, while still being able to create his own shot.
Jevon Brown – 2023/ 5’11/ #10/ Wilson
Coach’s Thoughts: Jevon is an all-around guard, who plays both ends of the floor, a pure shooter from all areas on the court and has great basketball IQ.
Derrick Daniels – 2023/ 6’3/ #15/ Wilson
Coach’s Thoughts: Derrick has tremendous athletic ability, rebounding ability, hustles on every play and plays great above the rim!
