2022 Shimiya Taylor (Lady Fire 17u): Taylor came out hot in the first half, knocking down five three-pointers to help her team early. And as the defense adjusted, she was able to show how balanced of a game she had, creating extremely well for herself, getting around defenders, scoring from multiple levels, and her change of direction and pace was fun to watch.

2023 Amiaya Hall (Charlotte Dream Elite): Hall helped lead the balanced attack for her team. She plays very fundamental, and has a quick burst and a great change of speed to her game. Hall continued to make plays off the dribble, getting around her defender, keeping her opponent guessing, and really scored the ball well. Good leadership and was aggressive on the court.

2023 Kamari Thompson (Carolina Hawks): Nothing like watching a player outwork their opponents and work hard on the glass. In a low-scoring game where every point was needed, Thompson did a tremendous job of battling on the glass and creating extra possessions for her team. Finished through contact and played with a high motor all game long.

2027 Amayah Barnes (Strong Center 2026): Barnes caught my eye in the first game as a young guard and came out even stronger in the second game. For a player only in the seventh grade, she has a great feel with the ball in her hands. She sees and reads the floor well, attacks the defense, and gets into the paint, but also showed she can bring her pull-up game as well.

2024 Alissa Cheek (Lady Royals 16u): There is nothing better than watching a true point guard go to work and that is what Cheek did.  She was incredibly strong in being able to penetrate and get into the lane, then setting up her teammates well.  Loved her vision and feel and was incredibly unselfish with the ball.

2025 Jocelyne Grier (FBC Hawks): Grier was excellent in being able to penetrate and get into the lane, as she showcased a quick first step and need just a few dribbles to get to the lane.  Time after time, she was able to get by her defender and score the ball efficiently. She shows a high motor, plays unselfish basketball, but also understands when she needed to attack the basket.

2024 Kallie Lusk (Lady Attack 17u Lusk) did it all today, scoring in a variety of ways, getting to the line countless times, and knocking down jumpers from multiple levels. Really filled it up in a variety of ways to help her team, as she finished with 22 points in the win on Day 1.

2022 Jasmine Fearne (Lady Attack Morris): She continues to show how big of a threat she can be from outside, this time knocking down 6 three-pointers to lead her team.  She knocked down shot after shot with tremendous range and confidence, as she has shown how consistent she can be from outside all day long.

2024 Amiyah Clark-Lamelle (Lady Royal): Clark was one that quickly caught our eyes with her style of play. She was first strong on the defensive end, really getting after it and creating havoc. And then on the offensive end, she was able to shoot the ball at a high level but also penetrate with her quickness.  She is a crafty point guard on the court that uses a balanced attack and mixes it up well.
