Championship Sunday over the Memorial Day Weekend… Nothing like an exciting weekend of basketball and now ending it with two teams looking for a championship, as they head home with some hardware. Overall, the talent has been terrific but these were the teams that fared well and racked up the wins, as they battled it out to be crowned a champion.
It was a fun one to watch in the 12u Division, as Main Event and Team Charlotte put on an offensive SHOW in the championship. Both teams were letting it fly and scoring the ball effectively. For Team Charlotte, Jayden Fort led the charge scoring in an array of ways while Preston Scott knocked down multiple threes in this game. But the Main Event duo of Jayden Caudle and Nymir Banks was simply off the charts, with Caudle scoring 42 points and Banks chipping in 32 points, helping secure the championship.
