A big-time matchup between Combine Academy Regional and Winston Salem National went head-to-head in the fifth game of the night. Winston Salem's pressure was able to create some havoc with their defensive pressure and jump out to the quick lead but Combine started to settle down and make some shots. But WS found early success from behind the arc to help them to a 24-13 first-quarter lead. The energy level didn't let up at any point in the second quarter, as Winston Salem Christian continued to increase their lead by halftime.

In the third quarter, Combine Regional didn't have an answer for the pressure and offensive weapons from WS Christian, as the lead continued to increase midway through the third quarter. WS used a balanced attack and really got everyone involved and also really showcased their depth as a team.  By midway through the third, this game was well in hand, as Winston Salem Christian eventually secured the 87-44 victory.
