Phenom Hoops was excited to head out near the Charlotte area to check out ACE Skill Development, a program that has been steady in the area but also continues to grow. As it is in the team name, this is a program that continues to develop players of all ages and levels, as they have grown from four teams in Year 1 to now having 14 total teams this year. This is a program that will be a staple all year long on the Phenom platform and will be a must-see for all to see.

Hays: A guard who displayed the ability to make plays off the dribble, create and get downhill at times, and be a playmaker on the court.

Kendrick/ Depp: Both have intriguing lengths that will allow them to try to make an impact in several areas of the court. Should help inside and out, can make plays around the basket, but also move around in other areas.

White: Crafty guard that can make plays off the dribble, can hit shots but also penetrate and get others involved with his handles.

Walker: Another guard with a nice blend of speed and handles, solid in making plays. Should help run the offense but also be a playmaker for himself and others.

Sansavera: A player who should help his team, especially with how he competes, plays with energy, and takes advantage of scoring opportunities when presented.

Quick: A combo guard that plays within the offense, doesn’t force much but can make plays for himself. He plays hard and has a good motor on both ends.
