3A:

Semifinals
#1 High Point Christian vs. #4 Gaston Christian
#2 Forsyth Country Day vs. #3 Concord Academy

The 3A Division has been tough all season long, but the top four teams were all able to move on and will now meet up in the semifinals. Gaston Christian needed double overtime to get by Greensboro Day, and they are rewarded with the No. 1 seed High Point Christian. HP Christian brings a lot of firepower and offensive capabilities with the depth they have, but they will have their hands full with the big man Gabriel Mabor down low.  Gaston Christian will need to bring their offense to show up on the road though. On the other side, Forsyth Country Day was able to squeak by and get its first game under their belt, but now they will welcome in a Concord Academy that has been getting things going and piecing it together late in the season. Both of these teams matchup well, as Concord Academy has been here in the past and bring good size to matchup with the size FCDS brings to the table.  It may be the guard play that ultimately decides this one; if Concord can knock down shots from the perimeter or with the backcourt of FCDS be too strong once again. Both of these teams have tested themselves all year long, and that should come in handy with this matchup.

4A:

Semifinals
#1 Cannon vs. #5 Providence Day
#2 Covenant Day vs. #3 Christ School

Powerhouses lead the charge in this division, as the 4A brings us big-time matchups. First up, Cannon and Providence Day will be an all-out battle. Both teams bring scoring power and size at the guard play, so it will be interesting to see which team can find their offense. Swartz and Henry, along with others were able to put up 100 points in their first game. But Jonah Lawrence, Nick Hailey, and Trajan Thompson can create havoc on both ends. This is where this game will be won; who can win the battle between these two groups and it should be a fun one to watch. These two split on the season and both were tight

Covenant Day and Christ School sit on the other end, and Covenant Day has the recipe to secure the win as they did back in January in a tight battle. Christ School holds the advantage with its size and should look to attack down low with 2025 Zymicah Wilkins and company. But Covenant Day has extremely strong guard play that creates havoc on both ends of the court. If they can apply defensive pressure and create havoc, along with what should be a hostile crowd, the Lions have a chance to move and take down Christ School once again.
