The month of November with Phenom Hoops will certainly be one to remember, as we have a loaded month of matchups that will be very intriguing to watch for all fans around the region.  This was a tough list, but one that could certainly be a lot longer.  However, here are some of the MUST-SEE games coming up with Phenom Hoops in the month of November.

The Burlington School vs. Moravian Prep – November 10 – Carmel Tip-Off

Two schools that bring a lot of energy to the court, I can already tell you that this game will be electric and have a lot of firepower.  TBS is looking to kick off the season in a big way, showcasing their balanced roster as they look for yet another state title. Moravian Prep though will have plenty of firepower as well with the Ellis brothers leading the charge, along with a roster that has plenty of talent to put on a show.

Carmel Christian vs. Gaston Christian – November 11 – Carmel Tip-Off

It’s an interesting game to start the season, as not only do we get to see two new head coaches leading the charge for two talented programs, but there will also be a few new names on the court.  Carmel Christian will be having new names lead the way, as they look to make a statement in their home gym while Chris Duhon (former Duke and NBA, now head coach) leads the charge at Gaston Christian, as they look to get the year off right in hopes of making a run at a title.

Myers Park vs. Combine Academy – November 18 – George Lynch Invitational

Just seeing these two programs’ names should be enough to know that this could be the game of the year for 2023 early on.  Myers Park, a nationally recognized team in hopes of not only making a run for another title but also being a Top-25 program once again.  Combine Academy is another nationally recognized team that will be battling as a Top-25 team as well. Both teams have firepower, both teams have elite talent, and both will be coming in hungry to get a big win on their resume.

Christ School vs. Chambers – November 18 – George Lynch Invitational

Chambers is a team that you will certainly be hearing about, as they not only have one of the top seniors in Maurio Hanson leading the way but also one of the top young duos in ’26 Tarris Bouie and ’26 Markus Kerr alongside. That alone should grab your attention, but when you have them going up against possibly the best private school in North Carolina in Christ School, this becomes an even bigger showdown. ’25 Zymicah Wilkins and company lead the way for a roster that is loaded and deep, and also hungry for another state title.
