Lady Phenom was on deck this past weekend for a tremendous Media Day with a rising program in Charlotte Dream Elite. During that time, we were able to watch players get up and down in a scrimmage, and one player who really grabbed our eyes was 2026 Kenedi Dixon.
Dixon was a valuable piece for her team this season but now looks to be one of the clear leaders for her AAU team. She provides a strong blend of size, smoothness, and ability to create, as she displayed a nice feel in being able to create and make plays. Time after time, she was able to operate and make plays off the dribble, showing a nice pace and smoothness in her game, finishing strong and with touch, and being active in a variety of other areas on the court.
Though her recruitment is just starting and not much has come about (yet), she is one that I believe college programs should take a look at more this season and could be a nice get down the road.
