This is a young man that has really seen a jump in his game this summer. But he has also put in the hard work to get where he is today. Bombick has been putting in the work, working out countless days to improve his game and preparing himself for the next level. It hasn’t been easy by any means but now he seems like he is ready to be a steady contributor for his high school team.
He also is a high academic type prospect, getting it done in the classroom. Bombick brings that same IQ to the court, along with a competitive nature. He is a player that makes winning plays, is unselfish, guards well, and also gets on the boards. As far as his offensive game, he can really be a good spot-up shooter, knocking down shots with confidence. He recently showed all that at the Phenom Fall Finale, in which he averaged 13.5 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists.
He certainly is one that should be earning some more looks with his play and would be one that coaches could use on the court.
