We head into the afternoon here at the George Lynch Invitational, as Carmel Christian was back in action and looking to make another statement while High Point Christian wanted to make a statement of their own on the big stage.  Both teams came out strong in hitting shots, but Carmel started to flex its muscle early on with their firepower, earning the 21-12 lead after the first quarter. They didn't let up as they were clicking on both sides of the floor, which helped them only increase their lead heading into halftime, 39-22.  Isaiah Sanders was the leading player for High Point Christian, while Bryce Cash had a terrific half with 15 points to lead for Carmel Christian.

Second half wasn't much different with Carmel Christian continuing to get out in transition, have their defense lead into their offense, and really make it tough for High Point Christian.  With more players coming off the bench to get some playing time, Carmel Christian extended their lead to a comfortable margin and cruised to a 75-49 victory.
