There is only one way to go after finishing a season 1-17 and that is up.  At times though, that is easier said than done.  But Coach David Carrier has Charlotte Country Day heading in the right path quickly and has been an early surprise here in North Carolina with how his team is playing.

Coach Carrier has done a terrific job in what he has been able to instill in his players and he is doing it the right way.  Watching him recently at the Phenom November Classic, he has these players playing at a high level and believing in themselves. The support he gives his players, teaching him not only the right ways to play and be on and off the court; one can see that he truly loves and cares about each player on his team.

Again, the Buccaneers are coming off a 2020-21 season in which they finished 1-17 and 0-8 in their conference but with a few new additions and development in players, Charlotte Country Day has started off the season 4-2 and with some strong showings.  That even includes a double-digit comeback at the November Classic against United Faith.
