In the recruiting world, Texas Tech got a big-time target on Thursday in 2023 Elijah Fisher, who then announced that he would be reclassing to 2022. Fisher gives the Red Raiders another prospect for 2022 but it also gives Texas Tech one of the top prospects in the country, as he is ranked as a 5-star by many national outlets.
Fisher is no stranger to Phenom Hoops, as we have watched him as early as an eighth-grader to when he attended our Phenom National Showcase, and then most recently when he went off for 74-points this past high school season.
