Basketball is back for the public schools, as Phenom Hoops checking in at Jay M. Robinson as they welcomed in Cox Mill. It looked to be a fantastic matchup.
Cox Mill came out strong, using a balanced attack, getting after it on both ends, pushing the pace, and attacking the lane while also knocking a few shots from deep. They played really well offensively, as they scored 31 first-quarter points to go up big early on. Jay M. Robinson started to find more of their offense both in the second and third quarter.
