If you're in the state of Virginia, St. Anne's Belfield School is a program that you will want to see down the road.  You have already heard 2022 Justin Taylor, who is racking up offers left and right from high-major programs.

Well, they look to have another one that is garnering already as a high-major player.  2023 6'9 Carter Lang is a center/power forward that understands how to use his size but also finds success in pick and pop/roll situations on the court.  But he has continued to adjust and develop his game, adjusting to different paces as a young prospect.

With his game though, his ability to score from multiple levels, stretching the defense from three, along with his ability to pull-up or finish at the rim, Lang brings a lot of early intrigue.

But Lang has also been working on becoming even more versatile with his game, both offensively and defensively.  He wants to continue to work on his quickness and speed, as well as his ability to make quick decisions.

With what he has shown early on and what he could ultimately become as a big, schools aren't wasting any time getting on him early.  He already has earned offers from Old Dominion and Virginia Tech, with other schools from the ACC and Atlantic 10, along with Michigan and Indiana.

'It's been an exciting start to the process and it's showing that hard work is paying off,' Lang told Phenom Hoops.  'But, it's just the beginning, so I have to work harder than ever to become the best I can be.'

Old Dominion was his first offer, while Virginia Tech certainly was an exciting one to receive as well.

'It was a quick call, and an unexpected one for me,' he said when asked about the Old Dominion offer.  'It was straight to the point and I was at a loss for words because it happened so quickly.'

'(As far as the Virginia Tech offer) I was super excited and thankful to have receive the offer.  It is exciting to think about playing in the ACC.  Coach Young specifically mentioned liking my size and skill set.  Having the offer early on motivates me to work even harder.'

It looks to only be the start for this young man, especially after a productive freshman season at St. Anne's Belfield.

This past season, he averaged 12.0 points and 9.1 rebounds per game.
