We continue a great day of basketball, as Don Bosco (NJ) traveled down to North Carolina to take on a local team in Garner, as the crowd started to really build, and seats were becoming limited. Both teams came out strong, as Garner looked to elevate its play on the big stage. Don Bosco was led by their big-time prospect in 2024 Dylan Harper, as he was able to find his shots and take advantage of his matchup. Credit to Garner though in the first half, as they shot the ball well from the floor and hit a few key threes to stay right there in the game, only down 37-29 at halftime. Keaton Bloms was the one that led the charge for Garner early on with seven points.

Second half, Don Bosco started to take control of the game, shooting the ball better and being more effective offensively as they were able to expand what was a close game to eventually a 17-point lead by the end of the third quarter, 55-37. Don Bosco was only able to continue to expand their lead in the fourth quarter, as they were able to continue to find success offensively and stepped up more on the defensive end. What was a close game early on, turned into a convincing win by Don Bosco by the end, with them winning 74-52.
