July was a busy month for us at Phenom Hoops. We hosted 3 live events, with the platform of putting kids in front of college coaches. However, for the kids who received all this exposure, it was a huge month for them, life changing even. To say that we had tremendous success at our events, would be an understatement. Throughout the month we had over 725 college coaches from across the country walk through our doors.

In this, our third year of hosting AAU tournaments, we have made it a point to take great pride in providing a stage which will allow each kid participating to showcase their talents to the next (appropriate) level. We provide the setting and the audience and it is up to each individual to nail their performance.

Now to say we had over 725 coaches is very generic, so we wanted to break down all of the exposure that was gained through our Summer Havoc Live (July 7-10 in Spartanburg, SC), CP3 Live (July 15-17 in Winston Salem, NC), and Southern Jam Live (July 21-24 in Greensboro, NC).

–There are 32 Division 1 Conferences, we had at least 1 school from 30 Division 1 Conferences show up to our July events and multiple schools show up from 28 of these Division 1 Conferences

–Conference USA led the way with 11 schools to send coaches to our July events. Next was the SoCon with 10, Big South with 9, and the ACC/Atlantic 10/CAA/Atlantic Sun each had 8 schools come to our July events.

–We also had 28 D2 schools and 14 D3 schools show up to recruit our July events.

–Every Power 5 Conference had multiple schools represented at our July events.

–Of the 2017 NCAA field of 64, 58 of those schools were represented at our July events. This accounts for over 90% of the 2017 NCAA tournament field.

–There are 347 total Division 1 programs right now. We had 68% of those Division 1 programs show up to our at least one of our 3 July Live events (JUST JULY)

We have made it a point to build our Phenom Hoops platform the right way. The great news behind all of these coaches showing up to our July events, 142 scholarships were given out to kids either during or directly after our events.
