Second game of Day 1, we went to the boy’s side as Hickory Ridge and Covenant Day went at it in Mooresville. It was Hickory Ridge that delivered the first punch, jumping out quickly to get a double-digit lead after the first quarter. They were able to get it done on both ends, really bringing a ton of energy on the defensive side to create havoc, and also had shots fall offensively.
