It is always exciting to see former players take their game to the next level and continue to find success at the college level. Each and every year, there have been players that have come through and played in front of Phenom Hoop Report, who are now showcasing their talent on the college level. We want to recognize those former alums, so here is our latest prospect.

Player: Ian Dubose

College: Houston Baptist
High School: Ravenscroft

College Stats (18-19): 17.9 points per game, 6.0 rebounds, 3.4 assists (21 games)

Dubose was a name well-known throughout the area of Raleigh and throughout the state of North Carolina. He brought a unique skillset to the floor with his size, versatility, and ability to play anywhere on the court.

After an impressive freshman campaign at Houston Baptist, posting 12.5 points and 5.5 rebounds, Dubose continues to elevate his play, ranking as the No. 1 scorer in the Southland Conference so far this season.

Now posting nearly 18 points per game in his second season, should we be surprised with his production' Not really.
