NW Guilford has long been a traditional power in the NCHSAA 4A classification. Coach Lee Reavis has built a program on solid fundamentals and has done an excellent job of bringing consistency to the program. He is highly regarded as one of the nicer guys in the business and his teams are always well coached. Last year, NW Guilford finished 21-6 losing to North Mecklenburg in the 2nd round of the NCHSAA 4A playoffs. This season, Coach Reavis has the makings of another successful season.
