In the world of recruiting and college basketball, we are in a unique time with the transfer portal and everything else that has come about over the last few years.  What it has done though has allowed a few seniors to remain available late which many would say could help a program at the next level.  One senior that really showed and caught the eyes of our scouts at the Phenom Grassroots TOC was 2022 Dwight Canady Jr.  And when you look at his resume, he simply has produced.

In four years of high school ball, Canady Jr. has only played in 100 games and averaged 20.5 points per game throughout his career, while also averaging 5.5 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 2.3 steals, while shooting 45 percent from the floor and 35 percent from three throughout his career.

As a senior, not only did Canady surpass the 2,000-point mark but he also averaged a career-high 26.1 points per game.
