2025 Chris Rivens (Team EAT 2025 National)
Rivens was impressive today, showing off his natural athleticism once he was in transition. He gave everybody a glimpse of what he is capable of once he develops into his body, and grows as a basketball player. He already has the intangibles to be a great guard at the next level. With a good frame and natural athleticism, his potential continues to grow the more he continues to hone in on his craft. Rivens was effective in getting to the basket and proved to have a nice shooting touch from beyond the arc.
2025 Jordan Watford (Upward Stars 2025)
Watford is a star amongst stars on his Upward Stars 14U team. Watford is a quick and lengthy guard with the ability to get downhill and finish inside over taller defenders. I was most impressed with the guard skills Watford possess at such a young age. He constantly was effective at breaking his defenders down off the dribble and was very efficient with the moves he was making to the basket. Watson was one to catch my eye today and I am excited to continue watching how his development grows.
2024 Paul McNeil (Garner Road Bulldogs – West 15U)
McNeil proved why he is touted as one of the top prospects in his class. The three-level scorer put his entire game on full display this afternoon by getting to his spots and knocking down contested jump shots consistently. He impressed me the most with his ability to play poised in the post and his ability to make plays with his back to the basket. With great size and length already, McNeil is extremely skilled with the ball in his hands. He is effective in making plays off the bounce and will only become better once the game begins to slow down for him. I am extremely excited to the McNeils development in the next coming years!
2024 KJ Greene (Upward Stars Southeast 3SSB 15U)
Greene impressed me today with his abilities to handle the point guard position. At his size and length, for Greene to handle the pace of the game as well as he does, it is nothing short of masterful. Standing at 6
