Fulton was off the charts last season for Lincoln Charter. He doesn't always get the praise but should be capturing eyes with his play. Last season, he averaged 14.9 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 1.1 steals per game to help Lincoln Charter to a 27-3 overall record. But what should have the attention of many is his ability to make shots from the perimeter. Fulton knocked down an astonishing 129 3-pointers last season on 58 percent shooting. That includes 13 games in which he hit 5 or more 3-pointers.

Blount had a tremendous junior campaign, one that certainly deserves more attention. Playing in 26 games and helping his team to an 18-9 overall record, Blount averaged 17.8 points, 4.9 rebounds, 1.7 assists, and 1.0 steals per game at Washington High School. That includes nine games in which he finished with 20+ points. He also knocked down 45 3-pointers on 38 percent shooting from behind the arc and 52 percent shooting overall.
