The second day of our third annual Tyler Lewis HoopFest carried onward with a matchup between Woodberry Forest (VA) and High Point Christian. The Cougars have been clicking on all cylinders to start their season. On the other side, The Tigers highlighted a team-oriented approach last night, and that only continued here. The action got started with High Point Christian taking control and setting the tone. However, Woodberry Forest’s balance approach allowed them to stay within fighting distance and only trail 29-25 at halftime. Following the break, the back-and-forth battle ensued. Although the Tigers kept it close, High Point Christian ultimately secured a 53-48 victory.
