Quality Education vs. Winston Salem Christian

Phenom Hoops made the trip down to Winston Salem to see the showdown between Quality Education and Winston Salem Christian. These two teams are filled with so much talent. When teams are filled with this much talent the tougher more together team usually comes out on top. On Tuesday night the tougher more together team was Quality Education.

Quality Education was ready from the tip. They started the game on a 18-4 run and didn't look back. Quality Education was led by their backcourt. (Omari Bolden, Camian Shell, TJ Mills)

These three guards really played well together on the court and knew exactly where each other were on the court.

Camian Shell (Quality Education) 2022 5'10 ' The head of the snake. He controlled the game from start to finish. He was able to create plays for himself but did a great job getting others involved. He is a paint touch guard who finds crafty ways to finish around the rim. Even though he just transferred to Quality Education he looked extremely comfortable leading the way. Finished the game with 16 points.

Omari Bolden (Quality Education) 2022 6'2 ' He was absolutely on fire last night. He finished the game with 23 points and seven 3 pointers. He has a great shooting stroke and showed the ability to knock down shots off the catch or bounce. Not only does he impact the game offensively but does a good job defending the ball. The one thing I really liked about Omari last night was his energy he brought to the game.

TJ Mills (Quality Education) 2021 6'2 ' Finished the game with 10 points. Confident 3-level scorer. He plays the game with tremendous pace. He is a really shifty guard who has the ability to beat his defender off the bounce.

Anthony Sellars (Quality Education) 2022 6'6 ' Huge addition for Quality Education. High major athlete who played with a lot of energy and passion last night. Last night he did a little bit of everything. He dominated the glass, attacked the rim, and knocked down a three. Has the ability to impact both sides of the ball with his length and athleticism. Every time you jump with Anthony, he has the ability to put you on a poster.

Quant’e Berry (Winston Salem Christian) 2022 6'3 ' He has a knack of getting to his spot. Smooth combo guard who is still growing into his role. He is a good finisher at the rim and is really lethal in the mid-range. .

Christian Cornish (Winston Salem Christian) 2022 6’4 ' Finished the game with 15 points. He did a good job attacking in transition and in the half court. Christian is a player who does a little bit of everything. His strong body frame allows him to defend multiple positions.
