The second day of our sixth annual Hoops and Dreams Showcase kicked off with a girls contest between Westover and Seventy-First. Things got started with Westover taking complete control of the action behind the high-level play of Rmani Robinson. She immediately asserted herself as the clear two-way leader and never relinquished her grasp—single-handedly outscoring the opposition in the first half. The Wolverines held a 30-13 lead at halftime. Following the break, Westover continued to keep their foot on the gas. In the final quarter of play, the Falcons began showing more resilience and gradually chipped away at the deficit. Ultimately, Westover secured a 49-31 victory over Seventy-First.
