The state of South Carolina has had plenty of talent come through and it seems that that trend should only continue with what we saw in Rock Hill at the Coach Rick's TOC. Several of our scouts at Phenom Hoops got an updated viewing of the Upward Stars 3SSB 2025, as this team showed that they have something special brewing and have some big-time talent coming through the program.

When watching them on the court, you could see that there are players that you will certainly be hearing more about and should be recruited at all levels. So you may want to start getting familiar with the players sooner rather than later.

When you first start with this group, 2025 6'3 Jordan Watford and 2025 6'5 Tristan Thompson are two names that should pop off the roster immediately and could be rising stars in the state. Watford is a dynamic playmaker on the court that impacts the game in so many ways, as well as already being a vocal leader, a great two-way presence, and has the ability to score the ball well. Thompson is one that can operate from multiple positions and has a terrific skill set at a young age. Thompson can play 1-5, uses his size well inside but also shows how comfortable he can be from all levels of the floor.

Then you have other strong guards that you will want to continue to monitor.  2025 Abijah Franklin, 2025 6'1 Charles King, 2025 5'11 KamRon Williams, 2025 6'3 DaRon Dunbar, and 2025 6'1 TayShawn Mann all bring something to the table and have proven themselves.  Whether it is creating off the dribble, scoring in a variety of ways, and being a playmaker, each guard brings something to the table that should attract your eyes.

When you start looking at the forwards with size, 2025 6'6 Treyvon Smith, 2025 6'7 Evan Enos, 2025 6'6 Jaden Priester, and 2025 6'6 Jackson Robinson all brings something to the court.  Smith and Priester do a terrific job using their size and running the floor, bringing a good presence on both ends.  Enos was strong in using his size and popping out, showing his range on his shot.

No matter where you looked though on the court, there was talent to be found on the floor with the Upward Stars 2025.  And as these players continue to grow and develop, these will be names that you will want to monitor more as college coaches should be coming their way quickly
