What Has Been Said:

'Hawk is another one of those players that may go under the radar but every time we have seen him, he has made his impact felt.  He is a 6'6 physical forward that battles and plays with a tremendous motor.  Hawk may not be flashy but he battles, finishes through contact, and brings a football mentality to the court with his presence on the boards.'

'Though the Dobie brothers did what they usually do, I've been impressed with what I've seen over the last month from the senior big man.  He continues to be a very strong presence down low in the paint, playing with a great motor and physicality; one can see that he loves to compete on the court. He has really become a consistent paint presence, finishing through contact, and strong on the boards for his team.'

'I was impressed with what I saw from Hawk in both games. Certainly a physical forward that battled in the paint, displayed good hands, finished through contact, and was a bully down in the paint and on the boards.  Really played well throughout the event and played with great energy.'

'Hawk has had back-to-back strong showings on the floor, as the 6'6 forward continues to be such a physical force around the basket.' His ability to battle through defenders and finish through contact, bring a football-like mentality to the court, and showing how strong he can be in grabbing boards have been impressive.'
