For 6’6 unsigned senior Grant Smith, he is flying under the proverbial radar at the collegiate level. Grant has led Connersville HS to an impressive 12-1 record and is almost averaging a double double. He is averaging 17.4 PPG, 9.7 RPG, 4.5 APG, 1.5 SPG, and 1.4 BPG. You could easily say Grant is filling up the stat sheets his senior season. Currently, he has offers from IU East, Indiana Tech, Goshen and Olney Central Community College plus interest from Holy Cross of South Bend and Florida Southern.

Grant’s break out game occurred against number six-ranked Louisville Ballard at the Challenge Cup in New Castle, Indiana. In that game, Grant had a triple double (17 points, 12 rebounds, and 11 assists) For his size, Grant has an advanced skill set and has excellent court vision and the ability to make timely passes off the dribble. He has a tremendous feel for the game and has impeccable timing for rebounds. Simply put, Grant just knows the game and is a true competitor.
