Isaiah Todd vs. Josh Hall Part 2
Todd has been a known commodity since the 8th grade, staying in the top 20 all 5 years. Hall has really exploded over the last year. Both players are 5-stars, both committed to major universities and both players are unique wings that fit the modern NBA game. The two have paired off already once this season which ended up with a Moravian win and an individual draw with Hall scoring more points and Todd finishing with more rebounds, assists, steals and blocks. Hall displayed his ability to score the ball when attacking the basket in this one as he showed he wasn't afraid to go right at the long and athletic zone of Word of God. Word of God now has a starting point guard Khalil Marshall available while Moravian has unsigned senior big Javarzia Belton at its disposal. Currently, Phenom Hoops has Isaiah Todd at number 1 in the rankings, with Hall number 2. This matchup will go a long way in delivering the order when our end of season rankings come out. Can. Not. Wait. !!

Can Liberty Heights Take Combine, at Combine
Sure Combine has a home-court advantage here, but this Liberty Heights team is ready. Both teams are filled with talent, both teams are well-coached and both teams play hard. Combine has great guard play led by Jalen Hood Schifino, but we cannot look past the timely shooting of Robert Dillingham and Jalen Miller, the absolute knockdown ability of Kris Robinson, or the lock-up defense of Lawrence Frost. Their wings rebound and play hard and, in the case of Josh Rubio, can stretch the floor. Liberty Heights has great length and athleticism with shotmaking. Senior wings Kam Edwards and Kahari Rogers are as good of shooters as there are in the Hoop State. Dominique Davidson is an enforcer around the basket and Jemal Davis is a premier rim protector. Add in the steady play of freshman London Johnson and you have a game that needs to be watched.

The Taj Anderson and Quincy Ballard Show
Anderson is as innate a scorer as there is. He has range, smooth handle, and positional size, with the ability to knock in buckets. While some of his shots are questionable, he has the ability to consistently make tough ones. The type of performances that bring the crowd out of their seats. You immediately notice Quincy Ballard due to his sheer size. However, once he starts playing, you see a big who can run the floor, grab rebounds and finishing around the basket while making his free throws. A lot to like with both of these talents, both are worth the price of admission.

Eli Ellis is a Ball Player
Sure he is in 7th Grade, but he is far from a novelty, Ellis is a ballplayer. His game is predicated from having an absolute flame thrower, but it is his unwavering confidence along with his ability to read the game that gets him his points. Ellis talks trash the entire game, yes to players 5 grades older, but he also backs it up. It was an impressive showing and one we are excited to watch again.

How Many Coaches Will Take Advantage of This Many Available Seniors'!
A quick glance at these rosters, you see Liberty Heights, Quality Education, Moravian Prep, Word of God all have multiple unsigned seniors who are full scholarship level players, and in some cases mid to high major talents. Numerous D1s lined the bleachers on night 1, and they were rewarded with a show. Now, with two more days left, it'll be interesting to see which college coaches take advantage. These are the last games of the year, numerous guys are available and there are a lot of schools in this region scrambling to fill roster spots for next year …

Has Po'Boigh King Cooled Off Yet'!
It was the most impressive quarter I have seen all season. Po'Boigh King poured in 25 points off 7 3s. He was shooting off movement, off the standstill and even jump pulling up in your eye. Possession, after possession, after possession. It was incredible, everyone in the gym was on their feet and he was able to knock them in. While we probably won't see another performance of that magnitude, very excited to see how he follows it up.
