The final game for day three of Phenom's Holiday Classic took place between two quality teams in Team Together and Bull City Prep PG. Things kicked off in quite a competitive fashion, featuring multiple lead changes and excellent play from both teams. Despite quality play from either side, neither team was really able to gain much separation, leading to a 17-16 first quarter and 37-37 halftime score. It remained extremely competitive after the break, as things remained tight throughout the third quarter. Bull City Prep held a slight lead at 52-53 going into the final period. Although both teams went toe-to-toe, Team Together held tough down the stretch, through both overtime periods, and secured a 80-79 victory over Bull City Prep PG.

Team Together:

6'0 '23 Elijah Burnett

Though his game might not necessarily be flashy, Burnett offers a very purposeful presence on both ends of the floor. He knows how to manage a team as a floor general, setting up his teammates and looking to pick his spots as needed within the flow of the offense. Burnett is a useful defender and capable rebounder.

Bull City Prep PG:

6'3 '21 Mekhi Lunford

After a solid showing this morning, Lunford continued to apply pressure as an active two-way piece for this group. He scored at an efficient rate, made quality passes, and contained his assignment quite well. Lunford also operates well with or without the ball in his hands.
