Fans are excited to have the NBA back and so are we at Phenom Hoops.  Getting back a little bit of normalcy during these tough times certainly helps fans around the world take their minds off what has been going around the world.

So, we at Phenom Hoops wanted to join in on the action.

And, if you have missed the early action in the NBA Restart' One of the biggest stories has been the play of T.J. Warren from the Indiana Pacers.

The Pacers currently sit in the 5th spot of the Eastern Conference playoffs and have won both of their games since entering the NBA bubble.  The biggest reason has been the play of North Carolina native T.J. Warren, who has posted 87 points in two games.

In his first game, he put on a show with a 53-point outburst, shooting 69 percent from the floor (20-for-29) and hitting nine 3-pointers.  He simply couldn't miss, eventually helping secure the win against the 76ers 127-121.

He backed that up with his first double-double of the season, posting 34 points and 11 rebounds in a win against the Washington Wizards on Monday.

Warren continues his stellar season for the Pacers, averaging 19.5 points and shooting 53 percent from the floor.' This is all coming from a player that was traded from the Phoenix Suns and the No. 32 draft pick for cash considerations back in June of 2019'

The Suns may be rethinking that decision with one of Warren’s best seasons and him still only being 26 years old.

Warren though has simply gone off to kick off the NBA restart and is proving that he is certainly worth more than cash considerations, something he said when the trade happened.'

Also, it continues the trend of yet another North Carolina native player making news at the highest level in the NBA.
