Players in the Class of 2025 have all eyes on them as they are looking to have a strong summer before heading into their senior season. Many prospects have been taking their game to another level, and one prospect that should be seeing their stock rise has to be 2025 Kenny Miller.
We watched him with Team Charlotte earlier this summer where he was able to excel on the court, and he only topped that showing with an impressive showing at the Phenom Team Camp with Ben L. Smith. With Smith this weekend, Miller was able to flourish more in his overall capabilities and show more of his versatility.
Always talking about Miller’s game, his athleticism, length, and explosiveness would be the details that stand out immediately. Time after time, you can see Miller flying high and showing his bounce in finishing at the rim, flourishing out in the open floor and transition, and finishing over defenders with ease. But again, I think we got a chance to see more of Miller’s value with Smith, as he looks to be the clear leader and scoring option on the court. He showed more of his ability to run the show, having the ball in his hands, making plays off the dribble and creating for himself or others, and more of his presence defensively.
Miller was active defensively in creating turnovers and applying pressure with his length, ultimately helping allow his defense to turn into offense. He also was able to show more of his overall game, getting teammates involved, running the show, and getting to his spots to be a multi-level scorer. Miller filled it up each time he stepped on the court at the Phenom Team Camp, and from what we saw this past weekend, Miller’s stock should be rising with college coaches.
