April is one of the biggest months when it comes to the AAU season. Players and teams are looking to play in the right events, which is why Phenom Hoop Report is hoping to provide that platform all month long.
We kick off the month of April in a big way with the Stay Positive, as teams from all over the region will come to compete. Nationally ranked players and teams, along with unsigned talented seniors, and rising prospects will all be on the courts this weekend in Greensboro.

Keeyan Itejere
Coaches Talk: Class of 2021 6’7″ Keeyan has a tremendous wingspan of plus 7’0 and cat-quick jumping ability. Keeyan is known for his anticipation and blocks a good amount shot per game. Keeyan is productive because of his ability to rebound out of his space. Long, soft touch from the outside, athletic, strong and moves well for his size. Great team player, versatile and creates opportunities for others.
Andrew Baxley
Coaches Talk: Andrew Baxley, 6’1″ 2020 guard is the leading three-point shooter for his conference. A knockdown shooter, high percent in mid-range and college 3’s. Most shots if you look at his video are two to three feet behind the high school 3 point line. Great attitude, character, and teammate. Has the grit to play hard and drive to the basket. Stays calm and focused on critical high-pressure moments, has made crucial points to help the team win in the final minute/seconds of several games. Very coachable, low maintenance and low drama with intense work ethic. Interest to date has been from D2, D3, and NAIA schools in the midwest, northeast, and southeast. Attends college prep high school in Raleigh with rigorous academics.
