Hayes has an UNREAL feel for the game with the way he attacks the defense with purpose. Hayes understands exactly what his coach wants him to do and executes at a high level. He’s a knockdown shooter, always has his head on a swivel on both ends, and creates for himself and teammates at a high level. He’s simply the kind of guard you want running your team.
6’5 Ricky Council IV: CP3 16U
Council IV is another branch from the lineage that is the basketball crazy Council family and he has the potential to be a star. The 4th is a complete player and a freak athlete that has game changing ability with his vertical style. His mid-range game is incredibly defined and his range just keeps getting better and better every time I see this young man. He’s always locked in and playing hard, and when athletes like Ricky play hard the sky is the limit.
