Sometimes you just look at a kid and know. You hear the player's history, you see the player walk into the gym and interact with them and you watch them warm up and see the fluidity and the movements of the play.

Mark Williams is that type of player, upon initially watching, you just know he is a big time player. Once he steps on the floor and the game starts you see that he in fact is incredibly talented and his upside as a player is through the roof.

Mark's sister is Elizabeth Williams, who was the 4th'overall pick in the 2015 WNBA draft. She now plays for the Atlanta Dream and was voted WNBAs Most Improved Player in 2016 when she averaged 12 points, 8 boards and 2.3 blocks per game.

After watching Williams this weekend at the prestigious Virginia Top 80 analyst Frank Bennett wrote,''Mark Williams has nice touch one his jump shot and good footwork. He is able to make 3s and the mid-range jump shot.''It is this type of skill set that has everyone so intrigued. He stands a legitimate 6'10'. Williams runs the floor very well and is a very fluid athlete. He has great hands and touch and he has a very quick second jump.

Now there is a long way to go, he will continue to fill out and refine his tools, however there is no doubt in our minds he will be recruited at the highest level. When looking at his overall package, he has 5-star type potential written all over him. Oh yeah, and Williams is a 4.0 student who places a major focus on his academics.

Sometimes you just know a player is going to be good and they still outperform your expectations. It will be fun to watch Williams progress over the next few years.
