Phenom Hoops released its 2025 North Carolina Rankings, and there are so many players to be looking at for college programs of all levels. We have been highlighting several names already, but now we take a look a bit deeper into the rankings of sneaky prospects that we will have our eyes on and others should too.
2025 Rankings: https://www.phenomhoopreport.com/2025-north-carolina-rankings/
2025 6’5 Jackson Powers (Davie County)
Powers has been a player we have highlighted on several occasions, and I like to call him Mr. Double-double, as he consistently brings that presence to the court. He plays hard, does what is needed, finishes strong in the post, attacks the boards, and can be a mismatch with his ability to step out as well.
2025 6’4 Raheim Misher (Maiden)
Another secret weapon prospect, Misher is one that just understands how to outwork and outperform many of his opponents. Though he is 6’4, he plays much bigger and just plays with an excellent motor, which allows him to make plays on the boards, create extra opportunities, and is one that brings good activity to the court for his team.
2025 6’2 Jayden Little (Anson)
Diving deeper into the rankings, Little has shown time after time that he can be a true offensive weapon and fill it up. With the ball in his hands, Little knows how to be an effective scorer, doing so from multiple levels but also being active in an array of other areas. He had a strong junior season and looks to back that up with a strong senior year.
2025 6’4 Yasir Hall (Middle Creek)
Hall is a player that I believe deserves more attention with his blend of size and offensive game. He goes a bit under the radar and is also a multi-sport athlete, but I expect him to have a strong season on the court. I really like his blend of size and frame, being an effective option from multiple levels but also bringing a physical presence to the court.
2025 6’2 Carson Evans (North Meck)
Evans is another player that we are eager to see and could be a sneaky prospect to watch out for. North Meck always has talent, especially at the guard position and Evans should bring another option to the court. From what we have seen this summer, he knows how to put pressure on defenses, excels off the dribble, gets to the line, and just finds ways to create opportunities for himself.
