It is now that time, as travel ball has started for all and some of the top talents around the country are playing on the big stage at the EYBL. One player that is quickly catching the attention of many college programs and could quickly become a household name is 2024 6’9 Jovan Milicevic with Arizona Unity.

After the first weekend on the EYBL, Milicevic led all scorers throughout averaging 25.0 points per game and showing how effective he can be as a 6’9 stretch forward. When you watch his game, Milicevic uses his size extremely well to his advantage but is also very skilled in being a three-level scorer, knocking down shots with a smooth shot from three and mid-range, to go along with his unique, fluid skillset.

Coming out in his first live period, Milicevic wanted to show just exactly what he can do on the court.

“Just showing what I can do,” Milicevic told Phenom Hoops.  “Being able to have a dog mentality and trusting all the work I have put in.  I believe that I’m a top player in my class and now is my time to show it, especially on this platform playing with AZ Unity.”

If he continues to play at this level, his list of offers will only continue to rise.  Already holding an offer from UC Santa Barbara and Oregon, he added another high-major from Arizona State.

“They contacted my AAU coach about me, and they offered me,” Milicevic said about the latest offer.  “I will be allowed to contact them soon, but I really do believe that Arizona State is a very good program. A lot of high-major players and pros came out of that organization.”

But this may just be the start, as schools like Utah State, Oklahoma State, Xavier, Michigan, and a few others have expressed interest and North Carolina is one of his newest interests he said was coming his way.
