Last week saw North Meck continue to be a wrecking machine as they won 3 games by an average of about 40 or so points. Chambers took an unexpected L from Neal Rd rival Northside Christian and the first F5 collision of the season saw Weddington continue to cruise, this time past then #5 South Meck. 1. NORTH MECK – the Vikings are back on top behind a suffocating defense.
2. CHAMBERS – the Cougars were stunned by NCA but rebounded with a blowout win at the expense of a young West Meck squad.
3. WEDDINGTON – the Tribe ambushed and scalped the Sabres of South Meck, now look to run their non-conference table but Providence Day looms on the horizon.
4. LAKE NORMAN – the Lakers return to the 5 via an OT win over RJR.
5. ARDREY KELL – the Knights go 2-1, getting shocked by Latin in a slow down affair.
