If you have watched Moravian Prep this year at multiple Phenom Hoops events, you may get start struck watching players like Josh Hall, Shakeel Moore, Javarzia Belton, etc.  But when you really watch this group, one player that may not receive all the praise is one of the unsung heroes for this program.

2021 6'3 Darrius Davis is the glue for this team, doing a lot of the dirty work on both ends and simply puts in the work.  He may not always be flashy like others but he certainly makes winnings plays over and over.

Davis is an underrated passer, plays with a physical downhill mentality, has excellent strength and instincts on the floor, and can shine on the defensive end.  He has a well-rounded game and quietly goes about his business on the floor.

But even though he may not catch everyone's eyes, he is catching the eyes of college coaches, as Davis updated Phenom Hoops with the latest going on with him.

PHR: What offers do you currently hold and what schools have been expressing interest'

Davis: I have offers from La Salle, Rhode Island, and DePaul.  Wake Forest has shown interest and been to my games recently.  Schools that have reached out as well have been Murray State, Kent State, Cincinnati, and Elon.

PHR: What has been going on with the schools that have offered'  What have they been saying and where is your interest at'

Davis: Every school that offered said they love the dawg in me, my playmaking abilities, my motor and my potential as a player is unlimited.  Every school is on the same level as of right now, no favorites.  My recruitment though has really picked up since coming to Moravian under Coach Lowe.

PHR: Have you made any visits or plan on going on any'

Davis: I haven't planned any visits right now at this moment/

PHR: What about the schools that have been showing interest.  What have they said and any spike your interest'

Davis: New Mexico and Mount St. Mary's are two more schools (showing interest).  As of right now, every school recruiting me has the same amount of interest from me.
