6’4 ’26 Kaleel Benjamin (Sun Valley)

Despite some struggles as a group, Kaleel Benjamin highlighted some enticing flashes throughout the weekend. He continues to improve as a long, athletic wing/forward with a useful skillset and array of physical tools. Benjamin finished around the basket, attacked off the bounce, and hit jumpers at a solid rate. He’s capable of securing rebounds and defending multiple positions. Given their overall roster construction, Benjamin should be a focal point for this group.

6’4 ’26 Henry Smith (Marvin Ridge)

While so many guys require the ball in their hands, Henry Smith found a lot of success as a complementary, low-maintenance piece. Smith displayed a high motor and understanding of how to fill in the gaps on both ends of the floor. He’s a great cutter who finds open seams, crashes the offensive glass, and capitalizes on second-chance opportunities. Smith works hard defensively and looks to make hustle plays whenever possible. He should play a critical role for the Mavericks.

6’3 ’26 Micah Huffman (Covenant Day)

There were several important contributors for the Lions, and Micah Huffman was arguably as important as anyone. He consistently moved without the ball, knocked down shots from the perimeter, and attacked closeouts as needed. Huffman possesses nice size, athleticism, and ability with or without the ball in his hands. Add in his energy defensively and on the glass, and it’s easy to see his impact. Huffman should be a definite x-factor throughout the upcoming season.
