Its that time of year again. The high school season has ended, AAU season is almost here so that means it is time for the annual Phenom 150 in Greensboro NC. This session saw 140 kids come through the doors all looking to make a name for themselves on the hardwood. Several did just that with strong showings on the day. Some of the players you need to know are s follows:

Luc-Richard Rameau, 6'3 2020 W at Ravenscroft'' Luc is a strong player that attacks the game in all phases. He showed a very nice jumper with good range in the camp and the skill needed to complement his strength. Ravenscroft has had a lot of success with kids like this in the past so don't be surprised when he develops into an all-around player. Kid is a gamer regardless of position. He just goes and gets it.

Thomas Butkus, 6'4 2018 G at Rabun Gap'' Hands down one of the best passers we have seen come through the doors of a Phenom event. He's a passionate player that loves to play the game and can do so at a high level. Will wear his emotions on his sleeve some but when he is dialed in, he can change the complexion of a game. Kid can go get his with the best of them or drop dimes all day. Very high skill eve on this kid.

Daniel Lobach, 6'7 2019 F at Cape Fear Christian'' Like everything we saw out of Daniel on the day. Kid showed a nice jumper with good range, effort on the defensive end, and the kind of toughness you want to see from a player his size. We love skilled players that have a motor and this kid fits that mold. Lots to like here. Kid's time of flying under the radar ended today.

Will Felton, 6'7 2021 F at Millbrook HS'' Kid is already huge (size 18 shoe) and still has time to grow. Will has the type of body already that scouts love to see but he showed the skill to go with it that has us really excited about his future. Coming off a solid freshman season, he is putting folks on notice that he wants to be the next big thing out of the Raleigh Durham area, if not the whole state of NC. If he continues to grow, could end up as one to watch on the national stage.

Davis Guyton, 6'6 2019 F at Christian Academy of Myrtle Beach'' We have seen Davis go numerous times and as such we can say without hesitation that he is one of the best shooting forwards in his class in the nation. A quick release, deep range, and pure release all adds up to him finding the bottom of the net more often than not. Davis holds his own on the defensive side and will grab his share of rebounds as well but your value here is in his ability to stroke the ball from deep. Coaches looking for a big to stretch the floor need to.
